Trump Lashes Out At AG Over Fraud Case — And Posts Link To Her Home Address After Gag Order

Former President Donald Trump lashed out at New York Attorney General Letitia James over the fraud trial currently playing out — then posted a link to her home address despite already being under a gag order in the case.

Trump was in court Tuesday for the continuation of his fraud trial, during which he took the occasional opportunity to rant to reporters about the case, and about the gag order that was imposed by Federal District Judge Tanya Chutkan in another case on Monday. That’s on top of the narrow gag order that Judge Arthur Engoron placed in the fraud case.

But none of that stopped Trump from continuing his attacks into the night, including a Truth Social post containing some familiar patter — and a little something extra:

Her Fake Case against me should be dropped immediately! My Financial Statements are extremely conservative, and her numbers were way off, including the fact that she undervalued Mar-a-Lago and Doral by Billions of Dollars. She also didn’t reveal the 100% Disclaimer Clause at the front of the Financial Statements, and that she sued me under a Statute that was never used before. MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE AND ELECTION INTERFERENCE ALL WRAPPED UP IN ONE!

The post included a link to a smear piece by white nationalist Laura Loomer that featured documents that showed a home address for Attorney General James. The link is to a Loomer substack post.

Judge Engoron’s gag order prohibits Trump from attacking the court’s staff — and was prompted by another Trump Truth Social post in which he attacked the judge’s principal law clerk, an attack which Trump later deleted.

Engoron said in court, “Consider this statement an order forbidding all parties from posting, emailing or speaking publicly about any members of my staff. Failure to abide by this … will result in serious sanctions.”
