Throughout American history, there are always those who claim that aliens exist. To be even more specific, ufologists claim that extraterrestrials exist and experiment on humans in undisclosed secret locations. However, one secret location is said to be underneath the Archuleta Mesa in Dulce, New Mexico.

It is considered more secret and sinister than Area 51 and is much different. Area 51 is said to be a place where the US government experiments on aliens, yet Dulce is a place where aliens experiment on humans.

Dulce, New Mexico, has a population of approximately 2600 people and is the most significant community and tribal headquarters of the Jicarilla Apache Reservation. This part of NM has always had a heavy presence of UFOs and strange lights, with sightings as far back as the first humans to inhabit this area in NM.

There have been rumors and conspiracies that there is a seven-story military facility in this location, known as Dulce Base. However, there is no hard evidence the base exists, but there have been people who claim to have seen the base throughout the years, and those who even claimed to have worked there.

There is even a story about a man who saw the inside of the base and was taken there against his will.

Cattle Mutilations

The story of Dulce base first begins with a rancher in 1975 when he called the police for a dead cow. The rancher initially thought a predator killed the cow. Officer Gabe Valdez responded to the call and drove out to investigate the strange death of the cow.

When he arrived, he discovered that the cow was drained of all its blood, and most of the organs were surgically removed. Around the cow's dead body were prints that looked like they were from a tripod, and next to these marks, the land was burned.

Possibly indicating there was an aircraft that landed in this area, along with the tracks, there was a yellow oily substance that could not be identified; even a laboratory could not identify it. This case was so strange that the officer called Dr. Howard Burgess to investigate further.

The strange part of the cow's death is that even three days later, no predators or scavengers would go near it, and it was also not decomposing as it should have. Over the next few months, 17 animals will be killed similarly.

Those who were investigating the deaths of the animals even started to get sick and had symptoms such as headaches and nausea. At this point, Dr. Burgess decided to check the radiation levels in the area, and it showed levels twice what they should have been.

Also, the investigators who were working at night saw orange lights moving silently through the sky. Those working during the day saw black helicopters circling the sky. The team then decided to investigate if there were any other cattle mutilations in the area, and they discovered that there were over 8,000 animal mutilations reported.

The FBI was aware of the mutilations as well, and according to the FBI they stated:

¨It was consistent with predator action, and there is no federal interest in continuing an investigation¨

Witnesses

Paul Bennewitz had an electronics company in Albuquerque, NM. He had a master's degree in physics, and as well as served time in the Coast Guard during WWII, and was a Ph.D. candidate. His primary clients were the Air Force and NASA; he even owned a home and a lab near Kirtland Airforce Base. Kirtland base is also one of the largest storage units for weapons.

The base also has 80 underground bunkers, including a presidential shelter under the Manzano Mountains. There are over 40 tunnels to connect the bunkers. However, Paul was also curious about UFOs, and from his lab, he recorded multiple sightings of lights in the sky and radio transmissions.

Paul also worked for UFO groups, including the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization, a respected organization that had scientifically grounded research. Paul attended a conference in 1979, and it was there that he met Officer Valdez and exchanged information on cattle mutilations, alien abductions, and UFO sightings in the area. While the investigations into UFOs were ongoing, a new case was discovered, and Officer Valdez asked Paul for assistance.

In 1980, Myrna Hansen claimed to have had a strange occurrence while driving home one night through New Mexico. Myrna and her son reportedly saw two UFOs over a field. Myrna and her son decided to take a closer look, and this was when she saw a cow grazing get lifted into the air and brought into the hovering object. Myrna remembers being back in her car with the engine a few hours later.

They also did not remember what happened or how they got back into the car. What she remembered was challenging to discuss, so the team hired a psychologist. The psychologist put Myrna under hypnosis to access the suppressed memories. What was revealed was terrifying. Myrna remembered seeing the lights and getting out of the car.

She saw lights encircling the cows; one was elevated off the ground, and another was panicking. She then remembered that she was abducted and given a violent physical examination. However, those who abducted her never spoke verbally, but she did hear them talking to her in her mind. She was accidentally taken, but since they had her, they wanted to continue examining her and performing the procedure.

Myrna described them as a grey alien. However, she also reported being taken to an underground base. While she was in this case, she saw body parts floating in vats of liquid with a horrible smell. However, the worst part of her abduction is that she remembers a device being surgically inserted into her body, and she believed this was so the aliens could track her and possibly control her.

When she was taken to the hospital and received an x-ray, there was a device exactly where she said it would be. Since Bennewitz was working with the Air Force base, he reported these findings to Agent Richard Doty. Bennewitz showed Doty sketches that Myrna drew from the hypnosis session. Myrna also drew sketches of the base, including hallways, rooms, and laboratories. Doty even confirmed that her drawings matched some Manzano storage rooms and bunkers.

This confirms that many have suspected that aliens and the US government have a partnership. In 1995, an engineer who helped build Dulce Base came forward: Phil Schneider.

The Battle of Dulce Base

Phil Schneider came forward at the preparedness expo on a top-secret Pentagon program, The Black Budget Program. Schneider was on the geology team that was hired to construct the base. This was in 1979; however, the equipment kept breaking when they were building the base.

However, not all broke, and the ones that did go through would produce a black sooty air coming from the opening and a pungent odor that smelled of rotten garbage. So Schneider went to investigate the issue and discovered that the drill bits kept breaking; while he was headed to see what the problem was, he noted many armed troops on his geology camp.

Schneider went on to explain he believed there were green and black berets, and at that moment, he knew something was ¨up¨. When Schneider was inside the base, he claimed to have encountered a 7-foot grey alien, which smelled awful. However, at that point, another alien also showed up.

Schneider began to panic and went for his gun and began to shoot. He reportedly hit one of the aliens, but the second one began to fire at Schneider, and he was hit. Yet Schneider said he was not hit with a standard weapon, but instead a plasma weapon, and lost a few fingers on his left hand in the attack. Schneider later developed cancer and claims it was because he was hit with the plasma weapon.

Schneider was rescued from the alien attack by a green beret soldier who had followed him into the base. Schneider made it out, but that day 66 others did not survive the attack. This incident has come to be known as The Battle of Dulce Base.

Alien Pact with The US Government

It is said that the US military accidentally drilled into an alien military base that had been there for over 400 years. It was at this point that it is believed the US government made a pact with the aliens, as they knew they could not win a war against their technology.

The deal included aliens giving advanced technology to humans, and the US government would have to cooperate and give them humans to experiment on. Phil Schneider thought it was wrong that the US Government was hiding this and became a whistleblower.

He felt the American people had the right to know what was happening in bunkers underneath the United States. Yet, was Schneider wrong? Some of the facts he spoke about included:

  • 9 Races of aliens view humans as a food source
  • 131 Secret Active Bases in the USA and 1,477 worldwide and connected by magnetic levitation trains.
  • Seven malevolent species of aliens living on the planet, and four evil species
  • Four treaties were signed with the aliens in the years 1944, 1954, 1962, and 1979

The Greada Treaty 1954 was between the US Government and the Grey Aliens. The instructions of the treaty state that aliens would have permission to abduct and experiment on humans as long as the US government was informed and provided a list of those abducted.

So, what did the humans get from the aliens? They would receive access to advanced technology since their technology is 1200 years ahead of human technology. He also stated that stealth technology came from aliens and a device that can cause earthquakes, and some claim that this device caused the San Fransisco earthquake of 1989 and the 1995 Kobe earthquake, and apparently, it was a weapons test.

Phil then continues to claim that the 1993 World Trade bombing and the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing were caused by miniature nuclear devices created with alien technology. Schneider also goes on to state that AIDS and other viruses were created as a way to control the population, and he believed it was to establish a New World Order.

It is part of the long-term alien plan to take over the plan, which involves eliminating 90% of the population. Since Schneider became a whistleblower, he was under constant surveillance by the government. Then he was in constant fear for his life, even stating once that he had 11 friends die under mysterious circumstances, and all were ruled a suicide.

Schneider even stated that if he ends up dead, it is not suicide because he would never kill himself; he stated if that happens, it would be murder. January 1996, four months after his lecture, Phil Schneider was found dead, and it was ruled unknown; however, he did have tubing wrapped around his neck three times and tied in a knot under his chin.

This did not make sense since Phil was missing fingers on his left hand and minimal movement in his shoulders, as well as brittle bones from cancer. The medical examiner even refused to visit the scene of the crime; the deputy on the scene stated there was nothing tied around his neck. However, he also did not photograph the scene.

However, Mr Horner from the mortuary called Mr. Coleman and stated he found a tourniquet around his neck. Mr. Horner wanted this investigated, so there were two conflicting stories with no photographic evidence for proof. However, Schneider's blood and urine were collected but never sent to a lab, and when the family asked about the samples, they were told they were sent to a lab but went ¨missing¨.

His ex-wife went to get his things, and they were all gone, including recordings of his lectures and research and his evidence from Dulce Base. It, however, even got weirder when an obituary showed up in the paper claiming he died of a stroke, but Schneiders family did not write it.

It is believed that over 180,000 aliens are working at Dulce Base, and according to Schneider, the plan is to depopulate the earth by the year 2029. Many others also agree that aliens are here to use humans simply to be used by aliens, to help repopulate their species.

Also, there is no evidence that Dulce Base exists or does not exist.
