Elizabeth Warren Marks 100 Days Of Trump By Reading Aloud 100 Reports Of His Corruption
By Jennifer Bendery,
25 days agoWASHINGTON – Donald Trump is 100 days into his second presidency, and to mark the occasion, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) plans to read into the congressional record what she says are 100 cases of Trump using the presidency to personally benefit himself and his allies.
“One hundred days, one hundred acts of corruption,” Warren will say in a Tuesday night speech on the Senate floor. HuffPost obtained a copy of her planned remarks.
“When he ran for office, Trump promised repeatedly that he would lower costs ‘on day 1,’” reads her speech. “But instead of following through on his promise, Trump and his administration have paved the way for the president, his top officials, and his billionaire buddies to personally feed at the trough of government corruption.”
“So, count with me,” Warren plans to say before launching into a list of 100 things she says Trump has done to enrich himself and punish his perceived political enemies.
Among other things, the Massachusetts senator will call out Trump for turning the White House into a Tesla dealership ; paying for the White House Easter Egg Roll via corporate sponsors with business before the government; punishing former U.S. officials who called out his lies about the 2020 election; helping his son set up a club where people can pay $500,000 for access to Trump’s Cabinet members; hosting million-dollar dinners between Big Pharma CEOs and their regulator, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.; and launching a crypto memecoin right before his inauguration to make millions of dollars and then offering to have an “intimate dinner” with whoever spends the most on his memecoin.
Asked for comment, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung responded by referring to Warren as “Pocahontas” ― a term that Trump has used for years as a racial slur to attack Warren, who years ago claimed she had Native American ancestry because she grew up believing so, but later learned she did not. The reference is incredibly offensive , as it makes a punch line of the true story of Pocahontas, which is one of rape and abuse .
“Of course Pocahontas will be reading Fake News bed time stories because some political consultant told her this is what will resonate with voters,” Cheung said in an emailed statement. “The reality is that Democrats have no leader, no message, and no direction because they are a party lost and wandering in the wilderness.”
Warren is expected to begin reading all of this into the congressional record around 8:15 p.m. EST. Here’s a copy of her prepared remarks, which include her 100 examples of Trump’s corruption.

Another Trump promise bites the dust. Remember when the former reality TV host-turned-president swore—SWORE on his stack of golden toilet paper—that he’d end the Russia-Ukraine war before he even walked into the White House? Like, poof, war over. All he needed was a chair, a Diet Coke, and maybe a few compliments for Putin’s abs.
